Will need online research and data entry completed of behavioral facilities provided. I will usually provide a number and you may need to call and confirm the required information,. I will send name & address of facility, then will need the following plugged into an excel sheet: - type of facility (detox, mental health, residential, day program) - services provided (therapy, detox, sober living, etc) - age groups serviced - insurances taken - point of contact (number & email)
