Valuation Expert Needed for Home Health & Hospice Company
I am seeking an experienced business valuation professional to provide an objective and defensible valuation for a Medicare- and Medi-Cal-certified Home Health & Hospice company based in California. The company generates between $1.5M and $1.7M in annual revenue, with varying profitability across the last two years. The intent is to use this valuation as the basis for a minority equity buy-in negotiation. Scope of Work: - Review company financials (2023 & 2024 tax returns available) - Identify appropriate valuation method(s): EBITDA, SDE, DCF, or comparable transactions - Assess owner compensation, add-backs, and adjusted cash flows - Provide a valuation range and rationale - Advise on appropriate minority share discount - Include industry-specific insights (home health, hospice, healthcare compliance) What I’ll Provide: - 2023 & 2024 business tax returns (1120-S) - Context of company operations, staffing, and strategy - Current buy-in proposal terms and ownership structure
