Robot Trajectory Collectors & Annotators @ Cutting Edge Seattle AI Non-Profit

We are a group of researchers working on embodied AI at Ai2. We are looking to hire enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals as robot data collectors. In this role, operators will tele‑operate our robotic arms—via VR or game‑pad— and record high‑quality manipulation trajectories for research in realistic household settings. These collected trajectories will serve as essential pre-training data for building advanced robotic manipulation models. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to reliably execute tele-operated tasks, and maintain consistency to ensure data quality and robustness. This position offers the unique opportunity to contribute directly to cutting-edge research in robotics, significantly impacting how robots learn and generalize to diverse everyday environments.
