Document conversion for curriculum
We are a small educational publishing company looking for support converting our lesson plans into a new updated format. You will be responsible for converting five units of materials from the current lesson format to the updated lesson format in Google Docs. Each unit has approximately 35 lessons and will take between 15 and 20 minutes to convert. We estimate that each unit will take approximately 12 hours to complete, and in total, this project will take 72 hours to complete. We want to engage in the project in early April and complete it by the end of the month. We are looking for someone with a high attention to detail who can work efficiently and accurately copying content from one template into a new format. You should be available to respond to email within 24 hours of communication. You will need to receive 45 minutes of training and have at least one check-in with the manager of this project to troubleshoot. There is a possibility to extend this contract to convert additional documents on a rolling basis over the next 6 months.
