Multiple Data Center Advisors Needed
I am a real estate developer with a background in housing. I am entering the data center space. I am looking to hire multiple freelancers who have experience working in the data center space on an going basis to consult with me on various aspects of data center land acquisition, planning, entitlement, design, development, security, leasing, and operations. The work product will for the most part be zoom meetings with me. I will be relying on you for your body of knowledge, to compare notes with, strategize with, consultant recommendations, etc. There might be a few times that I ask you to send me links to websites and white papers at the end of calls so I can continue learning. I may occasionally ask for you to prepare memos on topics we discuss, but not sure at this point. Please consider the following when presenting your hourly rate: a) I have kept the range wide because I am looking for technicians at the low end to super sophisticated strategy consultants at the high end; b) the work is low intensity.
