School Outreach & Partnership Coordinator (Remote | Education-Focused | U.S. Schools)
Description: We are a nonprofit organization preparing to launch a U.S. Department of State-designated J-1 Teacher Exchange Program. We’re seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual to help us identify and engage private and charter schools across the U.S. that are interested in partnering with us to host qualified international teachers. Your Role: Conduct targeted outreach to school administrators via email, phone, and/or LinkedIn Present our mission and partnership opportunity clearly and professionally Secure non-binding Letters of Intent (LOIs) or interest from host schools Maintain outreach logs and provide weekly updates Ideal Candidate: Experience in education, school outreach, or nonprofit development Comfortable sending cold emails and following up persistently but respectfully Clear English communication (written and verbal) Bonus: Background in international education or teacher recruitment What We Provide: Email templates and training Target states and school types Non-binding agreement templates and support materials Full-time support from our leadership team Budget: Hourly: $30–$40/hr depending on experience Estimated 10–15 hours/week to start Performance-based bonuses possible for confirmed school partnerships To apply: Please answer the screening questions below.
