1. Objective The primary goal is to enhance the existing web application’s look and feel by leveraging a professional designer’s expertise. This includes reviewing the current application, updating visual elements and user interface components, and ensuring the design is documented at a detailed level for future development needs. 2. Scope of Work 1. Design Review and Analysis Conduct an in-depth assessment of the current application’s user interface and visual elements. Identify areas for improvement in layout, color schemes, typography, and overall branding consistency. 2. Visual Redesign and Adjustments Refine and adjust existing design components to enhance aesthetics and user experience. Ensure new and updated components align with the overall branding and functional requirements of the application. 3. Design Documentation and Style Guide Develop a comprehensive style guide or design system that captures all visual standards and component guidelines (e.g., colors, fonts, spacing, icons). Document reusable patterns and component specifications at a granular level so they can be easily applied to new features and future UI enhancements. 4. Resource Delivery Provide all design deliverables (mockups, style sheets, component definitions, etc.) in a format ready for implementation by the development team. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the designs are translated accurately into code. 3. Deliverables o Design Audit Report: A summary of key improvements needed for the existing UI. o Revised UI/UX Mockups: High-fidelity designs illustrating updated layouts and visual themes. o Style Guide / Component Library: Detailed documentation of branding elements, UI components, and usage guidelines. o Implementation Resources: Final design files and assets (e.g., SVG icons, image assets, font files) necessary for development.
