Project Steps and Milestones: Kickoff & Content Transfer (Milestone 1 – $20) Client sends full content package Discuss brand tone, aesthetic preferences, and target audience Design Draft & Layout Mockup (Milestone 2 – $20) First draft of layout + design concept (with placeholder content if needed) Choose fonts, colors, formatting style Submit draft for review Revisions & Finalization (Milestone 3 – $20) Apply up to 2 rounds of revisions based on client feedback Finalize layout, polish design, integrate all content cleanly Submit final PDF and source file Alternate Version (Milestone 4 – $15) Create one alternate version with visual variation (color scheme or layout) Deliver both final versions as PDF and editable files Preferred Skills: Graphic design for executive or speaker branding Experience creating speaker one-pagers, media kits, or event promo sheets Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or equivalent tools Strong sense of layout, readability, and professionalism To Apply: Please send: A few samples of speaker one-pagers or similar design work Your availability and timeline for completing the project Your preferred design tool (e.g., Canva, InDesign, etc.)
