I’m looking for a skilled graphic designer to revise and finalize a series of nine infographics that visually represent staffing ratios at a specific care facility. These graphics aim to highlight discrepancies between promised, budgeted, and actual staffing levels across three job types: Caregivers Med Techs Supervisors Each role will have three graphics (Promised, Budgeted, and Actual), totaling nine visuals. What I Have So Far: I’ve created initial drafts of about five of these graphics using AI tools. The aesthetic and icon layout are close to what I want, but I’m unable to precisely match the number of resident icons to the ratio being depicted. For example, the “81:1 Actual Caregiver Ratio” graphic ideally needs to show exactly 81 resident icons alongside 1 caregiver icon. What I Need From You: Revise the existing draft graphics so the number of resident icons exactly reflects the ratio. Create any remaining graphics from scratch using the same style. Incorporate appropriate icons for each staff role: Caregivers – open hands icon Med Techs – pill bottle with label Supervisors – nurse-style icon Maintain a clean, simple, visual style that clearly communicates the message. Be open to discussing alternate visual approaches if you have ideas that could more effectively show how disproportionate these staffing ratios were. What I’ll Provide: The current draft images (5 provided here) A separate table with the exact ratios for all nine visuals Clarification on any aesthetic choices as needed Goal: These visuals are being used to illustrate staffing failures at a care facility. I want them to be clear, impactful, and accurate, with each resident icon representing a real person served by just one staff member. If you’re good with infographics and can work with precise icon counts in a visually balanced layout, I’d love to work with you.
