Commercial photographer needed for a small real estate parcel in Slidell, Louisiana
We are looking for commercial real estate photographer to conduct a site recon of a 5 acre, mobile home park, located in Slidell, Louisiana. For the site recon we need environmental observations as well as photographs of the site. In particular, photos of tanks, drums, soil staining, fueling areas, large scale trash dumping, and chemical storage is needed (if present, though highly unlikely). The pictures can be standard landscaping, and no special shots or angles are required. No photo editing is needed. When the contract is awarded, I would provide the location, and an example grid of photo locations. We ask that the pictures at the end be uploaded to this site so we can access them. Please give us Jpegs as final deliverables. Estimated to take 3 hours or less, and this would be a one time project.
