design projects with layout drawings, photorealistic 3D renderings, and assistance in sourcing furniture and materials. Scope of Work Develop accurate 2D CAD layouts based on sketches, measurements, or concept plans Produce high-quality 3D renderings to visualize the finished space Suggest and source furniture, finishes, lighting, and decor elements Help bring together a cohesive design vision across styles and spaces (residential or commercial) Provide editable design files and sourcing documentation Deliverables CAD layout(s) in .dwg or similar editable format 3–5+ 3D renderings (depending on project scope) Furniture & materials sourcing list (links, specs, pricing) Optional: Mood boards or style guide What We’re Looking For Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar CAD tools Strong skills in 3D rendering (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, etc.) Experience with design sourcing for real-world implementation A good eye for design across a range of styles (modern, eclectic, minimalist, etc.) Reliable communication and ability to work with general direction Timeline We’re ready to start immediately. Projects will vary in size, with flexible deadlines depending on complexity.
