Hi there! We’re an ecommerce startup brand celebrating North Shore roast beef culture with merch and sandwich kits (coming soon) . We’re getting ready to launch our Shopify site (Motion Theme) and are looking for a creative designer to help us bring the homepage to life. We need a short, looping video (10–20 seconds) that uses our brand assets, sandwich photos, and regional imagery. Canva is our starting point, but we’re open to your creative tools and ideas as long as the final product is clean, engaging, and web-ready. (We love what Canva can do and have been inspired by creators like Luis Urrutia (YouTube, Instagram, More). That said, we’re open to your creative approach—Canva or otherwise—as long as the final result is clean, scroll-stopping, and web-friendly.) If you’re someone who loves making simple things feel dynamic, and you’re excited to collaborate with a fun, fast-moving brand, we’d love to hear from you! What We Need A short 10–20 second looping video for our homepage hero Built for Shopify (desktop + mobile friendly) Incorporates logo, text, and subtle animation or movement Uses our library of images: sandwich photos + regional shots (North Shore, Cape Ann, Seacoast, Merrimack Valley, Greater Boston) Final file in a web-optimized format (MP4 preferred) You’re a Great Fit If You Know how to create motion videos in Canva (or similar tools) Have a strong design eye and a sense of rhythm and flow Like working with startups and bringing personality to visuals Communicate clearly, take direction well, and bring your own creative flair Bonus: You’ve designed visuals for Shopify or other websites Timeline We’ll be ready to hand off by the end of next week Ideal turnaround: 7–14 days You’ll get a creative brief, assets, and plenty of flexibility to do your thing To Apply Please include: A few examples of motion videos or animated visuals you’ve created A quick note about your creative approach and how you’d tackle this Your rate or pricing structure
