I have a TI project that needs the addition of a new partition wall, a walk-in cooler, a sales counter and will require some modification to the existing ceiling and lighting. The remodel is approximately 740 SF in an existing mercantile space. I am checking with the city to see if a bathroom will be required but I don't think it will. Please contact me for more details.
