We are seeking a talented and reliable event photographer to capture a high-profile executive dinner in Chicago on June 10th and July 15, 2025. The ideal candidate has experience photographing corporate or professional events, is comfortable working in a formal setting, and can deliver high-quality, edited images on a quick turnaround. Responsibilities: Capture candid and posed moments of guests, speakers, and key moments throughout the evening Take group and individual portraits as needed Work discreetly and professionally in an executive environment Provide a curated selection of high-resolution, edited images within 3 business days Requirements: Proven experience in event photography (portfolio required) Own professional camera equipment and backup gear Familiarity with indoor low-light photography Ability to direct small groups for posed shots when required Professional demeanor and dress Event Details: Date: May 13, 2025 Location: Dallas Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM Please include your portfolio, rate, and availability in your application.
