Seeking Collaborations with a 3D Modeler/Rigger

Summary: I'm developing a fast-paced animated children's series for YouTube featuring chaotic, cute and lovable characters. I'm looking for a skilled 3D character modeler/rigger to bring my lead character to life for animation and to develop a close relationship for more work down the road. A Little About The Character: The character is a 7-year-old, overconfident, clumsy, and lovable kid who often overthinks simple tasks and creates chaos. He’s endearing, expressive, and highly animated. Think "SpongeBob meets DIY theatre kid." The humor is very much in the vein of StikBot. What I Need: - A production-ready 3D model of of the character in the attached art file (to be provided). There are some modifications to be done to it such as a shirt and the hair but we can talk about that. - Full body rig including facial controls for expressive and simple performance (We can collaborate on that). - Clean topology and weight painting. - Clean and unwrapped UV's. Compatible with Cinema 4D preferred. - Completed FBX with Unwrapped UV's (.png) - C4D file with the rigged character. - The final animations will look like it's in 12fps so the animation will be very snappy movement but should still be very mobile (we can talk more about how the character will be animated). Ideal Candidate: - Has some experience modeling and rigging stylized characters for animation - Can collaborate and make revisions whenever necessary (don't worry I'm a freelancer too, I won't abuse this). - Is communicative, collaborative, and passionate about fun, character-driven projects. - Can deliver within a timely manner. - Can respond in a timely manner. Bonus: - Familiarity with kids’ animation or comedic animation (you don't have to have work that mirrors this but familiarity is a plus). - Ability to texture with good lighting in mind is a plus. - This could lead to further collaborations as we bring the rest of the cast and supporting characters to life. Please include: - Portfolio with similar character work (or in the vein of what I'm looking for). - Brief note on your approach and timeline. - Are you okay working in C4D ? Let's make something fun and great!
