Quick-Turn Site Planning & 3D Rendering for Multi-Family Development (Satellite + Subdivision)
Looking for a fast, detail-oriented freelancer to assist with two partially developed multi-family properties. Must be able to start immediately and turn around drafts within 48–72 hours. Scope Includes: Measuring undeveloped areas and fence lengths using satellite tools (Google Earth Pro or similar). Drafting 2D or 3D layout options for 2–3 story building placement. Providing visual renderings or overlays on satellite images. For one property: sketching out 3 potential subparcel layouts for resale or development. You Should Have: Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, SketchUp, or similar design tools. Ability to work with satellite images and top-down measurements. GIS or parcel mapping experience (ArcGIS/QGIS helpful). Fast communication and ability to deliver accurate, presentable work under tight timelines. Bonus: Familiarity with multifamily zoning or development standards.
