Podcast Producer / Creative Assistant Needed
We’re looking for a Podcast Producer to help build out the story, guest experience, and outreach strategy for a growing podcast focused on critical thinking, emotional growth, and cultural introspection. Responsibilities: Develop and refine episode themes, story arcs, and talking points Research and pitch potential guests (we feature mostly everyday people with powerful stories) Draft compelling outreach emails and manage guest communication Collaborate on creative campaign ideas and PR strategies Assist with social media planning and content repurposing to promote episodes Help shape the podcast’s voice and brand presence from a high-level creative perspective You’re a fit if you: Love long-form interviews and meaningful dialogue Can spot a good story arc and know how to develop it Are confident in cold outreach and connecting with unique voices Have an eye for marketing, language, and audience growth Are open-minded, grounded, and able to handle sensitive or controversial topics with nuance Thrive in a start-up-like creative environment About the Podcast: This show challenges surface-level thinking by exploring how beliefs, emotions, and personal stories shape our world.
