We’re seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Podcast Audio Editor to handle the post-production of bi-weekly episodes for a podcast that dives into critical thinking, self-inquiry, and cultural narratives. Responsibilities: Edit raw audio into polished, professional episodes Clean up interviews for clarity, pacing, and flow Add intro/outro music, transitions, and other creative audio elements Ensure consistent audio quality and brand tone across episodes Deliver final files on schedule for publishing Work with transcripts to make further edits Create social media reels and video clips from audio You’re a fit if you: Are proficient in podcast editing software Know how to bring life and rhythm to long-form conversations Are responsive, reliable, and deadline-driven Have experience working on podcasts or audio content with a conversational format Appreciate thoughtful, emotionally resonant content—even when it challenges norms Proactive in making edits that make each podcast exceptional, not just an order taker About the Podcast: A show exploring emotional depth, belief systems, and the hidden 80% of life.
