Landing Page Designer Needed – Built to Convert
Description: We’re looking for an experienced landing page designer + strategist to help us create a conversion-focused page that drives leads, not just educates. This project is for a home care agency in New York), and the landing page will support our services. We already have educational content live on our website. This project is different — we need a standalone landing page specifically built to convert paid ad traffic (Google, Meta) into inbound calls or form submissions from prospective patients and/or their family members. What We Need: A single-page layout designed specifically for lead generation Copy and visual structure that speaks directly to the pain points of adult children caring for aging parents A clear trust-building layout that flows toward a strong call-to-action Clean, mobile-first design principles Collaboration with our internal team to ensure branding and messaging alignment Final deliverables provided in Adobe XD to streamline development handoff Ideal Skills: Proven experience creating high-converting landing pages (please include examples) Understanding of user psychology and direct response design Strong eye for hierarchy, layout, and mobile responsiveness Familiarity with home care, Medicaid, or health-related audiences is a major plus Comfortable working with Adobe XD or able to export final work in XD format Deliverables: Wireframe or design concept for feedback Final Adobe XD file with all assets, copy, and layout in place Suggestions for A/B test variants or next-phase enhancements
