Video Editor Needed for Cooking Series on YouTube and Social Media
We are looking for a talented video editor to enhance our cooking video series tailored for YouTube and social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing engaging food content, incorporating effects, and optimizing videos for various formats. Must be proficient in premiere pro, specifically in multi cam format. Must be able to handle graphics and simple visual effects. Preferably a portfolio of past similar work. Scope of work: 1) Full episodes (note: 1 full episode draft as you have seen, and 2 rough cut episodes, 5 episodes not yet edited). These are 12-18 mins in length. There is a creative expectation of working hard and giving various options on the videos opening hook. There would also be a creative expectation on the editor to discuss if there’s a better way to format the episodes. 2) Recipes: Shorts youtube video with just the recipes for all 8 episodes 3) Social Media Vertical Cuts: -Episode Teaser -Documentary style social edit on background of the restaurants and chefs featured in the series. These are “talking head” type videos with graphics and slide ins. 45-90 seconds long. -Vertical edit of the recipe for social -Quick clips of funny moments from each episode (2-5 per episode) 4) Covers for each of these YouTube videos and social media videos. The expected turn around on this project is 30 days. If you have a passion for cooking and storytelling through video, we would love to see your portfolio.
