Create business contract to find a vehicle, getting it wrapped for promotional purpose.
I'm looking to create a business contract outlining my services that I'm providing to a company called ______. They’re being contracted by ______ to get a wrapped car to use for Anime Expo in Los Angeles, California. The event is on Thursday July 3rd to Sunday July 6th 2025. *leaving blank so the project isn't public. The purpose of the wrapped car is so that it can be driven around Los Angeles Convention Center from Thursday July 3rd to Sunday July 6th for promotional purposes and photo ops with the fans. My company will be consulting for this project to make sure it is completed in a timely manner. My responsibilities would be: - Gathering details on the project to create a realistic timeline to make sure the project is completed before Wednesday July 2nd. - Work with graphic design companies that specifically are familiar with designing Itasha’s to design the vehicle wrap. - Work with vehicle print & wrap companies that are familiar with Itashas. To ensure that we can schedule an appropriate time to drop off the vehicle for installation. - Assist with finding vehicle owners that will allow us to use their vehicle. - Assist with finding drivers. - To come up with a plan for the vehicle to be parked & driven around to allow optimal visibility. - To make sure the vehicle wrap is taken off after Anime Expo is over.
