Scope of Work: Backstage Moments: Candid footage of final prep (e.g., reviewing notes, interactions with organizers). Close-ups of branded materials (hint: Midnight Navy/Rich Clay color palette). Walk to Stage: Smooth tracking shots of the walk from green room to stage. Audience reactions as I take the podium. Talk Coverage: Wide-angle shots of full stage presence. Tight frames on expressive gestures (key for social media snippets). Ensure clear audio capture from the venue’s sound system. Post-Event Highlights Post-talk celebratory moments.
