In addition to previously discussed items, we want to include a full homepage redesign with a stronger focus on driving furniture sales and showcasing our services. It should clearly invite visitors to shop for furniture while also highlighting our key services: · Furniture Sales · Design & Space Planning · Liquidations · Delivery & Installation · Decommissions · Upholstery Website Refresh Scope · Homepage Redesign A modern, visually clean homepage inspired by https://www.red-thread.com/, built to drive conversions and improve user flow. It should include: o Featured product sections o Clear CTAs to browse or shop for furniture o Highlighting of our service offerings o Strong banner/hero section o Updated typography, layout, and navigation · Theme Update We’re currently on a 2020 theme. Past attempts to update caused issues with the blog, so we need a proper upgrade that preserves functionality and improves performance. · CSS Cleanup There’s about 700 lines of legacy CSS. We'd like to remove what’s no longer needed and rely more on native theme styles for maintainability. · Banner Redesign Current page banners feel outdated. We’re open to modern static or dynamic alternatives that look more polished and brand consistent. · Category & Tag Cleanup Our current product categories and tags are messy with duplicates. We’d like an audit and cleanup for better navigation and filter accuracy. · Product Filters + Search Bar We want to add working product filters (category, size, color, etc.) and a modern, reliable search bar. · Individual Product Page Template Refresh The layout needs a more contemporary design with better product image display, streamlined information, and possibly related product suggestions.
