Overview We are seeking a skilled professional photographer to capture our 1.5-day conference in Boston. The photographer will document key moments, speakers, networking events, and the overall atmosphere of our conference to create a visual record for marketing, social media, and archival purposes. Event Details Date: Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2025 Location: Boston, Massachusetts Duration: 1.5 days Responsibilities - Capture high-quality images of keynote speakers, panel discussions, and presentations - Document attendee interactions, networking sessions, and candid moments - Photograph event space, branding elements, and sponsors' displays - Provide a selection of edited images within 3 business days after the event - Deliver a complete set of edited photographs within 7 business days Requirements - Proven experience photographing professional conferences or corporate events - Portfolio demonstrating ability to capture both staged and candid moments - Excellent understanding of lighting in various indoor environments - Professional equipment including backup cameras and lighting - Ability to work unobtrusively during presentations and sessions - Strong time management and ability to adapt to changing schedules - Professional appearance and demeanor Deliverables - High-resolution, edited digital images - All images delivered in both high-resolution and web-optimized formats - Full usage rights for all delivered images To Apply Please submit your portfolio, rate information, and availability for Sept. 30-Oct.1.
