Photograph headstones in plot at Calvary Cemetery in Queens, NY
Visit Calvary Cemetery in Queens County, New York and photograph the headstones in a specific plot for a genealogy project. On your schedule, whenever the cemetery is open. This project will document the names and death date of who is buried in the plot. There are 16 graves in this plot. Some graves may not have a marker or stone, and if so, the grave(s) can be included in a photo of an adjacent grave (or entire plot). Directions to locate the plot within the cemetery will be provided. At least one of the photos should include the Range/Plot/Grave inscription on the headstone for verification of the location. Photos will be in digital format, with sufficient resolution that the information (names & dates) is readable. Image file size should be small enough for email delivery (or through Upwork). No special camera equipment required, your phone camera should be adequate.
