We are seeking an experienced landscape designer to help us bring our outdoor vision to life! This project includes a complete design plan for both our front and back yards, with thoughtful attention to plant selection, layout, and a realistic phased installation schedule (as the work may take place over a couple of years). We will provide: -Photos and video walkthroughs of both the front and back yards -Notes on our style, goals, and preferences Project Scope: Back Yard Design Includes: (pics and video walk through here) -Full landscape design drawing -Specific plant recommendations suited to our region -Suggested order of installation (phased over up to 2 years) -Ideas for pathways, features, and lighting Back Yard Style Goals: -Natural, not cookie-cutter -Whimsical and magical, not standard -A design that feels integrated into our local environment Front Yard Design Includes: (pics and video walkthrough here) -Full landscape design drawing -Specific plant recommendations suited to our region -Suggested order of installation (phased over up to 2 years) -Ideas for pathways, features, and lighting Front Yard Style Goals: -Clean, modern, open, and striking -We love blooming plants, bushes What We’re Looking For: -Experience in residential landscape design -Knowledge of climate-appropriate planting -Creativity and the ability to interpret our style -Someone who can communicate clearly and deliver layered, thoughtful design Please include relevant examples of past work and let us know if you're familiar with long-term phased landscape projects.
