I’m looking for a fashion or technical designer with experience in garment construction to help bring my wellness-inspired weighted scrubs concept to life. This product line is designed to provide targeted comfort and stress relief for professionals working long hours on their feet. What I need: • Assistance refining my existing sketches and tech pack • Incorporation of strategically placed weighted zones into a scrub top and bottom • Recommendations on suitable materials and fabric weight distribution • Clear, production-ready files for sampling (DXF or AI) • Strong understanding of functionality + movement for healthcare workers Ideal candidate: • Experience in apparel tech pack development or product design (bonus if it includes weighted or therapeutic garments) • Detail-oriented, with good communication skills • Able to give feedback on balance between comfort and practicality This is a medium-scope project, expected to take 1–3 months.
