Worklab.io is a boutique web development agency specializing in: - Full-stack custom web apps - Sharetribe-based marketplace development - Custom CRM solutions We're seeking a hands-on growth consultant who can not only design a lead generation strategy but also execute it — launching campaigns, generating qualified leads, and delivering booked discovery calls. This is not just a high-level strategy role — we’re looking for someone who can get into the trenches, identify the right channels, write copy, run campaigns, and generate real pipeline results. Responsibilities: - Audit our current acquisition process - Define/refine Ideal Customer Profile and messaging - Recommend and launch 1–2 key channels (outbound preferred) - Execute cold outreach (email or LinkedIn) using tools like Apollo, Instantly, etc. - Set up basic CRM and tracking (e.g., Hubspot, Close) - Deliver 4–6 qualified discovery calls within the first 6–8 weeks Requirements: - Proven experience generating B2B leads for service businesses or dev agencies - Strong copywriting skills for outreach messaging - Familiarity with outbound tools and CRM workflows - Able to work autonomously and deliver weekly updates - Bonus: Experience with Sharetribe or online marketplace clients Budget & Terms: - Engagement: 6–8 weeks to start, with option to extend - Goal: Generate $15K/month in new sales with $5K+ minimum per project - Budget: Open to hourly or fixed proposals depending on scope To Apply, Please Include: - A brief description of how you'd approach this engagement - Examples of past campaigns you've directly run that led to booked calls - Tools you’ve used effectively in past outbound efforts - Your hourly rate or fixed-price quote
