Our flagship project, Volo RALLY, is a Play-to-Earn open-world racing game that blends immersive storytelling, AAA-quality visuals, and real-life incentives. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Fractional CFO to lead financial strategy and act as the company's financial face during our funding efforts. This executive will work closely with the founders to shape budgets, refine our financial model, and communicate effectively with investors. Key Responsibilities: Represent Nuvo Studios in investor meetings and capital raises Review and optimize pro forma documents and fundraising decks Structure financial strategies aligned with a gaming startup model Collaborate on budget planning, forecasting, and reporting Advise on tokenomics or in-game economic design if applicable Help secure and structure equity or token-based funding rounds Communicate regularly with current and prospective investors Qualifications: 10+ years in finance or strategic leadership roles Proven track record of successful fundraising (VC, angels, Web3 ideal) Experience with gaming, tech, or entertainment startups preferred Familiarity with digital asset finance and token-based ecosystems a plus Strong presentation and investor-relations skills Available 10–20 hours/month with flexibility during peak fundraising Apply:
