IP Attorney for Trademark, Contract, and Digital Asset Strategy Client: Illinois-based Series LLC (Patriotic Digital Asset Project) Overview: A newly-formed Illinois Series LLC is launching a multi-tiered digital collectibles and merchandise project centered on American heritage themes. We are seeking an experienced U.S.-licensed IP attorney to handle operating agreement review, trademark clearance and filings (including 6 composite/design and 2+ word marks), and contractor agreements for creative and blockchain contributors. Key Responsibilities: Review Illinois Series LLC Operating Agreement (parent LLC and Series A–D) Conduct clearance searches and prepare filings for key marks Advise on class selection, 2(a) issues, and Web3 registry considerations Draft or review agreements for content creators and technical developers Provide comprehensive documentation and implementation timeline Project Scope: Trademark Portfolio: 6 design/composite marks and 2+ word marks across multiple classes Contract Review: Parent LLC and Series operating agreements, plus agreements for: Digital artist/designer Music producer/composer NFT/Ordinals developer Cryptocurrency integration specialist Strategic Guidance: Digital asset protection spanning NFTs, music, and physical merchandise Qualifications: U.S.-licensed attorney with 4+ years IP experience Demonstrated knowledge of blockchain/Web3 legal frameworks Experience with trademark filings for creative/digital assets Understanding of Series LLC structures (Illinois preferred) Budget: $1,500 total — $750 upfront, $750 upon acceptance of deliverables (excluding filing fees) How to Apply: Submit resume, relevant experience, and brief statement of interest.
