About Us We are a small but growing online e-commerce business looking to increase our visibility, drive traffic, and boost sales conversions on our website. We’ve laid some foundational work with a Google Ads account, but now we’re ready to bring on an expert to take our digital advertising to the next level. Role Overview We’re seeking a contract-based Social Media & Google Ads Manager to take full ownership of our digital ad strategy and execution. This role includes setting up ads, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, overseeing basic Social Media advertising, and providing clear, digestible insights into performance and strategy. Responsibilities - Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, etc.) - Oversee paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest - Set up tracking, analytics, and reporting to measure performance and ROI - Manage paid campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest - Provide regular reports and actionable insights based on campaign data - Collaborate with the business owner to align campaigns with broader goals What We’re Looking For - Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns - Proficiency with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest - Ability to explain campaign performance and advertising concepts in clear, simple terms - Strong communication skills and a proactive, self-driven work ethic - Comfortable working independently and providing strategic leadership - Bonus: Experience with eCommerce or small business growth strategies Experience Level - Mid-level professionals preferred - Must be confident managing end-to-end ad strategy and execution Contract Details - Remote, flexible schedule (availability required for occasional meetings during 9 AM–5 PM business hours) - Hourly rate: $40-$60 - Initial contract with potential for ongoing, occasional work based on performance To Apply - A brief introduction about yourself and your experience - Portfolio or case studies of past campaigns (Google Ads and/or social media) - Your hourly rate - Any questions or insights you have after reading this post
