Results-Driven IT Sales and Marekting Representative

We're seeking a motivated Sales and Marketing Representative to expand our US market presence on a commission-only basis. This role combines direct sales with marketing activities to generate leads and close deals. You'll manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing while creating marketing content, managing social media campaigns, and developing email outreach strategies to build a strong pipeline. The ideal candidate brings at least 2 years of combined sales and marketing experience with a track record of generating their own leads and closing deals independently. You should be comfortable with CRM systems, social media platforms, and basic marketing tools. Strong communication skills are essential for both creating compelling marketing content and conducting persuasive sales conversations. This position requires someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and can manage their time effectively without a base salary safety net. As this is a commission-only position, your earnings are directly tied to your performance with unlimited income potential. Commission rates range from 18% to 22% depending on deal size and volume. You'll work as an independent contractor responsible for your own schedule and expenses. Must be US-based with work authorization and have reliable internet access for virtual meetings and calls.
