I am a real estate transaction coordinator which means I manage the real estate deadlines and paperwork for either the listing or buyer's agent during the escrow process when property is being sold. I need something pretty and eye catching for my emails as that is the main way we really communicate. My initial email to all parties in the transaction (escrow officer, real estate agents, lenders) should be punchy and attention grabbing. It is an opportunity to impress and get new business. I don't have a well defined brand, just a name, McKelvie Transaction Management and a website, https://mckelvietransactionmanagement.com/ which also needs re-doing but I need to get my branding right first. I have an example template from another transaction coordinator - attached. Obviously mine can't be the same as that, but I would like mine to be as eye catching. If you can help with branding then that would be good.
