I’m looking for a proactive, detail-oriented virtual assistant to support my coaching and empowerment business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in Kajabi, social media scheduling, Canva, and light content repurposing. You'll help maintain visibility and consistency while I focus on growth and outreach. This is a part-time role (approximately 5 hours/week), with room to grow. I’m looking for someone who can jump in and take ownership of execution — not someone who needs constant direction. Key Responsibilities: Kajabi Support Update and manage content for an existing virtual workshop (pages, resources) Format and schedule 1–2 marketing emails per month Post monthly blog (based on content I provide) Track opt-ins and basic landing page engagement Social Media Schedule and publish 1–2 posts per week across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Upload short videos (provided) with captions and platform-specific formatting Repurpose weekly Facebook Live message into 1 monthly LinkedIn blog Content & Admin Use Canva for simple design tasks (using brand templates) Keep Google Drive assets organized and current Track and report on weekly content performance (social, email, landing pages) Must-Have Experience: Kajabi (posting content, emails, landing pages) Canva (basic graphics creation) Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Comfortable with light editing/repurposing of written or video content Reliable communication and ability to work independently Bonus Experience (Not Required): Kajabi analytics or performance tracking Experience supporting women’s empowerment or coaching brands Hours & Rate: Approximately 5–7 hours/week (20–25 per month) $30–$40/hour, based on experience and skill level Long-term ongoing role with 30-day trial period To Apply: Please include: A short note outlining your experience with Kajabi, Canva, and content scheduling A sample of a Kajabi page, social media post, email, or blog you've worked on Your availability and your hourly rate
