Senior Paid Social Buyer

Freelance Paid Social Buyer (Meta Specialist) We’re looking for an experienced Paid Social Buyer to join us on a contract basis, specializing in Meta advertising. In this role, you’ll manage client campaigns end-to-end—owning media strategy, execution, and reporting to drive performance across accounts. You’ll collaborate directly with clients or support a Growth Team on larger accounts. Using historical data and real-time insights, you’ll make smart decisions on targeting, creative, and budgets to optimize campaign results. What You’ll Do Plan & Execute: Build and manage campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across multiple client accounts, staying within timelines and budgets. Analyze & Optimize: Monitor performance daily, run tests, adjust targeting and creative, and continually optimize based on data. Collaborate & Communicate: Share weekly updates with clients, contribute to creative direction, and work with team members to ensure alignment and clarity on performance. Problem Solve: Take initiative to fix issues, improve underperforming campaigns, and find new opportunities to scale accounts. Document & Report: Maintain clear reporting on results, tests, and learnings. Ensure client expectations are tracked and met. What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing Meta campaigns for eCommerce or DTC brands. Strong data literacy: Able to identify trends, measure ROAS, and project spend/performance. Proficient in direct-response ad copy and interpreting creative test results. A proactive, organized communicator who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. How We Define Success Day-to-Day Success: Monitoring campaign performance and making adjustments for optimal outcomes. Running creative and audience tests to outperform existing benchmarks. Using past data to guide creative direction and media strategy. Reporting clearly and consistently to clients and team members.
