Help Needed: Set Up Meta Nonprofit Tools (Facebook & Instagram Donation Access)
We’re a small, passionate nonprofit called Maryland Fur Babies (501(c)(3), dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming animals in need across Maryland. We’re seeking someone experienced with Meta’s nonprofit tools to help us get approved for features like Donate buttons, Instagram/Facebook fundraisers, and donation stickers. We’ve already set up: Our Facebook Page and Instagram Account A complete Meta Business portfolio Approval through PayPal Giving Fund and GoodStack Full admin control and proper nonprofit categorization However, we’re still unable to access Meta’s fundraising tools, and our Page does not show as eligible when trying to enroll. What We Need Help With: Audit and correct Meta Business Manager, Page roles, and categories Get us fully approved through Meta for fundraising tools Enable donation features across Facebook and Instagram Submit or manage any required Meta support requests Share best practices for keeping us eligible as we grow
