Part-Time Project Manager (Opportunity to Grow with a Fast-Scaling Marketing Agency)
Description: The Sunset Ridge Group is growing fast — and we’re looking to bring on a highly capable and personable Project Manager to support our team and clients. This position will start with 10–20 hours per month as you shadow our current Project Manager, learn our internal systems, and observe client workflows. The goal is to transition you into a larger role as we scale — potentially moving into 20+ hours/week or full-time within the coming months. What You'll Do: Manage project timelines, tasks, and team accountability Join and contribute to client meetings (professionalism required) Track action items, document SOPs, and support process improvements Coordinate with our internal team and freelancers Communicate daily via Slack, email and other platforms clients may use Help keep both internal and external stakeholders aligned What We’re Looking For: A welcoming, go-getter attitude — proactive, friendly, and dependable Strong communication and organizational skills Prior experience in project management or executive support (bonus if agency-related) Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly Professional client-facing presence (you’ll be on video calls often) Availability between 9 AM – 5 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) Why Work With Us?
