Experienced Account Director Needed for Digital Marketing Agency (Ongoing Projects)

Description: We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency looking for a strategic and client-savvy Account Director to join our team on an ongoing freelance basis. You'll play a critical role in managing and growing client relationships across multiple accounts, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with their business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for several clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships - Lead the development and execution of digital marketing strategies (paid media, SEO, content, email, social, etc.) - Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget - Communicate project updates, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to clients - Identify upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts - Ensure all work aligns with client brand standards and objectives Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably within a digital agency - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategy - Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills - Ability to juggle multiple clients and projects - Familiarity with project management tools (Monday) and reporting platforms (ex: Google Analytics, Looker Studio) - Proactive, results-oriented mindset
