We are seeking a marketing agency with experience in the healthcare sector—specifically physical therapy—to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy focused on recruitment and brand visibility. Scope of Work: - Redesign and enhance our website for responsiveness, user experience, and mobile optimization - Drive recruitment efforts through our website and job posting platforms such as Google Jobs - Implement local SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic - Create and distribute monthly email newsletters to our current and past patient lists - Develop and manage engaging social media content across major platforms to connect with patients and attract physical therapy candidates - Provide monthly performance reports with analytics and actionable insights Budget: Website redesign: $5,000 Ongoing support $1,500 a month Note: We are not looking to run a Google Ads campaign at this time, as our primary need is recruitment—we currently have a patient waitlist. However, as we bring on additional physical therapists, we may consider paid advertising in the future.
