Scope of Work (SOW) for Vacation Rental Channel Management Setup Objective: To set up seamless integration between Guesty, Airbnb, and Vrbo, ensuring that calendar synchronization, nightly rates, and minimum night settings are automatically updated across all channels, with the primary control being through Guesty. The goal is to minimize manual adjustments and streamline the management process for vacation rental listings. Tasks & Deliverables: Initial Assessment and Setup: Review current setup of Guesty and identify any missing or incorrect integrations between Guesty, Airbnb, and Vrbo. Confirm calendar syncing is properly set up and working between all three platforms. Set up and test rate synchronization and minimum night rules to ensure that all changes made in Guesty are reflected in Airbnb and Vrbo. Ensure that pricing rules (nightly rate, seasonal rates, etc.) are correctly configured in Guesty and mapped properly to each channel. Channel-Specific Customization: Set up Airbnb-specific settings (e.g., smart pricing, booking settings, cancellation policies) in Guesty to ensure consistency. Configure Vrbo-specific settings (e.g., pricing, availability rules) in Guesty to ensure alignment with Airbnb settings. Customize minimum stay settings for both Airbnb and Vrbo in Guesty. Testing & Troubleshooting: Perform tests to ensure that all settings (calendar, pricing, and rules) are correctly syncing and updating across the channels. Resolve any discrepancies that arise between platforms to ensure a fully automated, consistent experience. Troubleshoot and fix any syncing errors or discrepancies in the listings. Provide a training session (or video walkthrough) to explain how to adjust pricing, availability, and minimum stays directly in Guesty, ensuring future management is efficient.
