We are seeking a highly professional, ethical, and experienced Business Development Specialist to support outbound prospecting efforts across three active verticals: -Enterprise Consulting Services -Workforce Development & Training Programs (LearnLogic®) -Keynote Speaking Engagements for Nicholas Webb Our founder and CEO, Nicholas Webb, is a globally recognized innovation strategist and keynote speaker. We serve mid-sized to large organizations, helping them drive measurable growth and transformation. Maintaining our impeccable reputation is non-negotiable — we require any external partners to align fully with our core values of trust, professionalism, and performance. Scope of Work: You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and introducing high-quality leads aligned with our offerings in the following areas: 1. Consulting Services Target: CEOs and senior decision-makers at mid-sized companies (1,000–2,500 employees) Objective: Schedule discovery calls with qualified leads for Fractional Chief Innovation Officer / Strategy Officer services Website: www.goleaderlogic.com 2. LearnLogic® Training Programs Target: HR executives, Chief Learning Officers, and Workforce Development leaders Objective: Generate qualified interest in our "Training in a Box™" and other certification-based programs Website: www.mylearnlogic.com 3. Keynote Speaking Engagements Target: Certified Meeting Planners (CMPs) and event organizers in healthcare and life sciences Objective: Secure speaking opportunities for Nicholas Webb at high-profile conferences and corporate events Website: www.nickwebb.com -Qualified Lead Requirements- A lead is only considered qualified if they: -Have an active need or interest in our services -Possess or influence purchasing authority -Have budget availability appropriate to our premium service level -No appointments are to be scheduled without full lead qualification to maintain our high conversion rate and protect executive time. Lead Generation Goals: 4–8 qualified leads per vertical, per month -Target: 1 new client per vertical, per month -Consistent performance may lead to expanded collaboration Requirements & Expectations: -All outreach must comply with applicable laws and regulations -No automated mass messaging, scraping, or spam tactics -All communication must reflect our brand tone and professionalism -Must work transparently and maintain clear records of activities Deliverables: -Regular reporting via shared dashboard or spreadsheet -Monthly performance summary aligning with agreed KPIs -Milestone-based progress reporting (no automatic billing allowed) Engagement Terms: -Monthly, performance-based renewal — no long-term contracts -No setup fees or retainers -Compensation to be milestone-based, invoiced through Upwork -All communications and deliverables must remain fully transparent and trackable Ideal Candidate Profile: -5+ years in B2B lead generation, preferably in consulting, training, or professional services -Proven success in executive-level outreach and appointment setting -Fluent in professional English with excellent communication skills -Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach platforms -Values integrity, professionalism, and long-term relationship building If you're a results-driven professional who takes pride in ethical outreach and wants to work with a respected thought leader and advisory brand, we’d love to hear from you.
