We are launching multiple outbound email campaigns across a range of digital business initiatives—including savings clubs, PLR libraries, talent platforms, certification programs, and more. Combined, these campaigns will involve sending over 1 million cold emails per month across several distinct verticals. We are seeking a cold email outreach expert to: Architect campaigns for maximum deliverability and compliance Warm up domains and inboxes methodically Rotate sending profiles and domains across multiple brands Set up and monitor SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Track performance (opens, clicks, spam complaints) and optimize regularly Leverage Go High Level, AllInOneMarketing, or similar platforms effectively Ideal Candidate: Proven track record managing cold email systems at scale Familiar with inbox warming tools (e.g. Lemwarm, Instantly, Mailreach) Skilled in list hygiene, sender reputation management, and IP/domain rotation Comfortable working with AI-generated content workflows Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and able to troubleshoot rapidly Scope of Work: 6–8 concurrent campaigns Mix of B2C and B2B audiences High-volume sending with strong segmentation and personalization Initial 30-day contract with potential for ongoing engagement To Apply: Share your experience with high-volume cold email outreach Include tools you've used and typical open/click metrics you've achieved Describe your strategy for warming inboxes and ensuring deliverability Optional: insights on managing multiple brands under one sending infrastructure
