Lead Generation and Deal Registration Specialist (Business Central + Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise)

Overview: We are seeking an experienced specialist to design and implement a lead generation and deal registration process within Microsoft Business Central and Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise. This role will support the prevention of duplicate deal registrations and help streamline workflows across our partner, sales agent, and internal team ecosystems. Responsibilities: • Configure lead generation workflows in Microsoft Business Central and D365 Sales Enterprise • Build a user-friendly deal registration portal/interface • Implement constraints to prevent duplicate deal submissions • Ensure lead and deal data flows into both systems for reporting and analytics • Tailor workflows based on sales role permissions and org structure • Review our internal org chart and align user access roles accordingly • Document the solution for training and internal knowledge management Qualifications: • Proven experience with Microsoft Business Central and D365 Sales Enterprise, including CRM workflows • Deep understanding of lead lifecycle and deal registration logic • Experience working in partner/channel sales ecosystems • Strong documentation and communication skills • Familiarity with Microsoft CRM plugins (e.g., Engagement plugin) is a plus
