US-Based Apollo.io Lead Generation & Sales Ops Freelancer (Industrial Sales)

Jep-Solutions is a leading provider of environmentally friendly industrial cleaners and degreasers, serving clients like Delta, Hyatt, US Air Force, and more. We’re looking for a US-based freelancer with hands-on experience in Apollo.io and a background in industrial B2B sales to help us grow our business. Responsibilities: Build and manage targeted lead lists in Apollo.io, focusing on industrial/commercial sectors (manufacturing, facility management, etc.) Qualify leads based on our ideal customer profile Set up, optimize, and execute outbound sales sequences (email, LinkedIn, etc.) Research and identify key decision-makers (e.g., Plant Managers, Maintenance Supervisors, EHS leads) Track outreach metrics and conversions, provide regular reports Collaborate with our internal team to hand off qualified leads Maintain clean, organized CRM data (Bonus) Integrate Apollo.io with Asana, QuickBooks, or other tools for workflow automation Requirements: Based in the United States (please specify location) Proven experience with Apollo.io for B2B lead generation and outbound sales Track record in industrial sales (chemicals, manufacturing, industrial cleaning, or related fields) Strong written communication and research skills Familiarity with CRM management and outbound sales best practices Self-starter, organized, able to work independently (Bonus) Experience with workflow automation or CRM integrations
