This role will offer commission! We’re looking for a driven, persuasive, and confident candidate cold caller to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of the talented professionals we place. Your job is to spark interest, build rapport, and get candidates excited to learn more about our open opportunities. This is a high-impact position for someone who thrives on the phone, enjoys the hunt, and understands how to communicate value clearly and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to passive and active candidates daily Introduce job opportunities and generate interest through compelling conversations Qualify candidate fit by asking the right questions about skills, experience, and interest Schedule follow-ups or handoff warm leads to recruiters for further screening Maintain accurate notes and activity logs in the ATS/CRM Continuously build and update call lists using LinkedIn, resumes, and internal databases What We're Looking For: A confident and natural phone presence — you’re not afraid to call someone out of the blue Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly engage candidates Ability to think on your feet and handle objections smoothly Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with daily activity goals Previous experience in recruiting, sales, or phone-based outreach preferred
