Sales Support Specialist

Qwoted is looking for a Sales Admin with experience supporting SaaS/Tech companies. Experience working with Communications Tech is a plus. Qwoted helps journalists and members of the media connect and collaborate with subject matter experts and the PR/Communications professionals who represent them. Qwoted’s mission is to improve the quality of news and broaden the diversity of experts that are quoted by and connected with reporters, via our data-led, powerful two-sided network. The Sales Admin/SDR role plays a crucial part in ensuring sales leads are vetted, continuing to fill the inbound pipeline of leads, and handling follow ups of existing leads. The right person will be excited to spearhead proactive efforts to ensure leads are consistently touched and followed up with. This role has the potential to grow and expand into a more sales-focused role. It requires strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent analytical skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to complete tasks quickly and dependably. This role will also have the chance to engage with our leads directly via emails and calls. The ideal candidate will be extremely organized, self-sufficient, and interested in supporting Qwoted’s inbound sales efforts through following existing processes. Responsibilities and requirements include: ●Inbound and Calendar Management ●Respond to and vet inbound leads accordingly ●Provide requested sales data around inbound leads and call initiations and log inbounds accordingly ●Handle calendar management and necessary follow ups to ensure connections are made ●Reengage Cold Leads ●Collaborate with sales leadership on call follow ups and extended comms to keep leads warm ●Utilize existing processes to reengage cold leads ●Record Keeping ●Maintain accurate records of interactions/communications, actions taken, and the progression of stages in Qwoted’s sales pipeline. ●Manage historic data of prior sales efforts to provide insights on trends ●Lead Communication and Other Skills ●Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions ●Self-starter approach to communicating with leads via email ●Excellent organizational and time management skills (efficiently plan, organize and prioritize activities) Qualifications: ● Experience in working with SaaS products or with communications tech. ● Experience using tools such as Google Drive/Gmail, HubSpot, Intercom ● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. ● Ability to work independently and make sound judgment calls. ● Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. ● Familiarity with the media and PR industry is a plus ● SDR/BDR experience is a plus We look forward to a long-term relationship with the right candidate
