Real Estate Appointment Setter
Real Estate Appointment Setter (Leads Provided) – Remote / Freelance We're looking for a reliable and experienced appointment setter to help us connect with property owners and schedule meetings for our acquisitions team. You’ll be provided with a list of leads and will be responsible for reaching out, gauging interest in selling, and setting appointments for in-person visits. Key Responsibilities: Contact property owners by phone or text using a provided list Determine property owner interest in selling Set up appointments for our relationship manager to visit the property Maintain accurate notes in Google Sheets or Zoho CRM. Assist with or advise on skip tracing methods when contact information is missing or outdated. Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or lead follow-up (real estate experience is a big plus). Familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Zoho CRM. Working knowledge or resourcefulness in skip tracing techniques. Clear communication skills and comfort speaking with property owners. This is a remote, freelance opportunity with potential for long-term work. We provide the leads—you help us turn them into appointments.
