Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and list segmentation strategies to drive targeted marketing campaigns. Utilize AI-driven tools within HubSpot to enhance personalization and campaign effectiveness. Create and manage comprehensive reporting and dashboards to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights. Develop marketing assets (e.g., emails, landing pages, forms) that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. Collaborate closely with our team to execute projects with urgency, incorporating feedback and course-correcting as needed to stay on track. Ensure meticulous attention to detail in all deliverables to maintain high-quality standards. Qualifications: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, automations, list segmentation, AI tools, reporting, and dashboards. Demonstrated experience in marketing automation and segmentation, with a focus on delivering measurable results. Familiarity with the financial services industry, including its regulatory and compliance considerations, is highly preferred. Proven ability to work under tight deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality work with speed and precision. Strong track record of rolling up sleeves, taking initiative, and driving projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.
