I'm looking for a detail-oriented Sales Assistant to help with a variety of projects including research, tracking, building templates, and updating lead lists. There could be more tasks added including content research, post ideas, and more down the line. Tasks: - Research and check specified sources for new funding announcements and companies matching our criteria. Find decision-maker contact information. - Update our HubSpot CRM with new leads - Build personalized emails and templates for CEO to send. - Research content and help with post ideation Required Skills: - Excellent English - Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM - Attention to detail is important. - Ability to research efficiently. - Basic understanding of startup ecosystem, e-commerce, and digital marketing space. - Reliable internet connection Hours: 5-10 hours per week Long-term position for the right candidate We can scale up hours and tasks if proven effective.
