We are seeking a driven and resourceful Sales & Lead Generation Specialist to identify and engage companies in need of executive recruitment services. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base by generating qualified leads, nurturing relationships with decision-makers, and setting up meetings for our senior consultant (s). Key Responsibilities: -Research and identify prospective client companies in finance, tech, and real estate sectors. -Generate qualified B2B leads through email, LinkedIn outreach, CRM, and cold calling. -Engage decision-makers such as HR leaders, hiring managers, and department heads. -Set appointments and manage follow-up for business development executives. -Maintain accurate records in CRM and report weekly progress and KPIs. -Collaborate with internal experts to refine targeting and messaging strategies.
